Each fully-furnished lodge has fabulous views of the surrounding countryside. The spaces benefit from attractive furnishings, luxury bathrooms and fully-equipped modern kitchens, and there’s nothing quite like soaking in your private hot tub at the end of a relaxing day. Not quite restful anough? There are also saunas, outdoor TVs (at Nestled by the Green) and firepits; thoughtful details which make all the difference.
Convenient transport links
Barnham train station is close by with direct connections to London Victoria and Gatwick Airport running regularly throughout the day. Chichester, with it’s train, bus and coach stations is also in the vicinity of our accommodation.
The renowned Goodwood Estate is only ten minutes away by car, perfect for when you want to visit events such as the Festival of Speed, Revival Meeting and the Qatar Goodwood Festival (a.k.a. “Glorious Goodwood”). West Wittering beach and Arundel Castle are also close at hand.
Nestled by the Lake and Nestled on the Farm can both be found at Choller Farm in Walberton, and Nestled by the Green is located at Church Farm in Binsted.

We had the most amazing last-minute trip away to the lodge and it was just perfect! Exactly as described on the listing and the most idillic get away for two! The kitchen was brilliant for a home cooked meal so we could take advantage of the lodge itself and the hot tub.

Beautiful setting, spotlessly clean, with a very well-equipped kitchen
It had everything we needed for a long weekend of relaxation. My partner made full use of the fishing lake as did I with the hot tub! For the slightly chilly evenings, we had a lovely log burner fire which kept us very warm and cosy.
